  Stay Away!!!

  Our stay at this hotel started poorly and only got worse.At check-in, the front desk attendant sent us up to our room three different times with incorrect door codes. On one of those attempts, we were actually given a completely different room number and access code that opened someone else’s occupied room — a serious privacy and security concern.The same attendant also directed us where to park. We specifically asked multiple times to confirm the parking location to make sure we were following the rules. Despite following those instructions exactly, we came out the next morning to find a parking ticket on our car.We immediately brought the ticket to the hotel manager, who assured us he would contact the proper authorities and take care of it. Months went by with repeated promises that the ticket would be resolved. After constant follow-ups and assurances that they would handle it, nothing was ever done. In the end, we were forced to pay the $300 ticket ourselves along with a $50 administrative fee.We were later told that the staff member involved was no longer working at the hotel, but unfortunately the issues did not stop there. The new management has responded and has all of the previous communication documenting the situation. However, the pattern has continued — he says he will pay, asks us to provide documentation or receipts (which we do), and then stalls or stops responding without actually resolving the issue.Between the check-in mistakes, being given access to someone else’s room, incorrect parking instructions that resulted in a costly ticket, and months of empty promises from management, the level of customer service has been extremely disappointing.If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

  very close to a mall and the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are OK for a budget hotel . The hotel lobby is very refreshing and offers plenty of drink options. The room facilities are great and offers good service for couple of night stays .   Worst experience of my 20 years of travel

  We decided to spend two nights in Zurich at the end of our two-week trip through the Capital One travel portal. The portal advertised breakfast included. Upon check-in, we were informed that breakfast was not included. The room has the bare minimum amenity of two towels only. The room was so small that we could not fit our two small carry-ons.This hotel is the worst experience of my 20 years of travel

  The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store.The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast.With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time.In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower.At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there.When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs.I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa.He is very friendly.   Nice hotel with great service

  I've spent one night at this venue on a business trip. The rooms are small, but with a modern style above your average business hotel and are perfect for short stays.The personnel is really what made this hotel shine: even if there was a problem with my room, they solved it at the speed of light and with a smile.Recommended if you need to spend 1-2 nights in the area!
