    Unfortunately, the biggest issue during my stay was the staff. Interactions felt cold, abrupt, and at times disrespectful. Basic courtesy was missing, and requests were met with irritation rather than help. This level of service does not match what one would expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. Based on this experience, I would not return.

    The location is not great, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and we were harassed by a scammer in the parking lot. We had originally planned to stay 2 nights but left after the first night due to the gross conditions of the room - dirty walls, dirty carpet and a bed that smelt like someone sweated out their hangover.

    It's about a 30 minute combined tram and S-bahn journey from this hotel to Zurich HB, but I didn't mind the distance. I was happy to be given a quiet room away from the lift. You can also walk to Ikea, a shopping center, and some restaurants from this hotel. The price is very reasonable for Zurich and significantly less than the regular Hilton and all the Marriott Bonvoy hotels. The breakfast included for Diamond members was on par for the brand. Will definitely stay here again.

    Excellent HGI property that is out of the way from the city center but directly on a transit line! Modern and well appointed rooms that were well soundproofed and exceptionally clean. Walking distance to IKEA, McDonald’s and many other places to get a bite to eat. Very safe area - but expect 30+ minutes in transit to get to the city center.
