    The front desk team at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I don't understand how a glass panel that covers approximately one-third of the tub can keep water from going everywhere in the bathroom while taking a shower. I don't understand the design. One other thing of note. There was not A/C in this hotel, but a fan was provided. It was warm in the room, but we were able to sleep. The hotel is close to the train station and tram stops. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

    As I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by a kind front of house member who issued my details and helpful booked me a taxi for my early flight the next morning, and also offered a wake up call. The hotel also took into account my IHG Rewards level. My room was as I requested (high floor away from elevator) & was very clean and as I have come to expect from an IHG Hotel.At the bar, the tender happily offered recommendations on wine and allowed me to sample a couple before choosing a glass. Overall a great experience, the only disappointment is that I stayed for 1 night before my flight.

    For a business trip to HR Festival 2026 I had one night in Zuerich. Direct to the booth area wirh an excellent and very Customer focused service from all staff I would prefer it again next year.

    I am very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Parking in the hotel's own parking garage was perfect. The location near the Zurich Exhibition Center and the Hallenstadion (stadium) was ideal. It's right next to Ölikon train station, and from there it's just one stop to Zurich's main train station by S-Bahn or train. From there, you can easily walk to Zurich's old town and Lake Zurich.
