    Perfect location for our overnight stay in the city

    This hotel was perfectly located near the Central station for us to enjoy an overnight stay. It was easy to find. We got the bonus of an upgrade so the room was huge. Very comfortable.The hotel was also well located for exploring the ‘Old town’ of Zurich; which was beautiful despite the rain.Breakfast was continental buffet which provided many choices. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel if in the city.

    I stayed in Bristol hotel for three nights between April 11-14, 2026. Negative experience at breakfast: I noticed on two occasions that forks and plates were not properly washed. The staff on the morning of the 14th was rude, not allowing me to sit at the window table in a nearly empty breakfast room, saying that a large group is expected, but there were no signs that tables are reserved, and nobody came before I left. I do not understand why clients are treated differently. Not recommended.

    I stayed here for a conference and then as a tourist. This is a good hotel and conveniently located. I had a comfortable room. Breakfast was OK but relatively basic. Lots of tea bags etc available for the room.

    Stayed here with a friend in two separate rooms. Reception staff were extremely friendly and let us check in early. Room was very clean and a decent size and to the side of the building so was quiet and not overlooked. Very comfy bed. Good shower. Tv with international channels. CHF 3.50 city tax pppn. There was no safe or fridge but there was a kettle and some sachets of tea and coffee and one bottle of water. My only gripe was that no items were replaced when they made up the room, which I thought was a bit stingy. Free bananas in the reception area!
