    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramaiah Hotel in Baden. The experience was far below what was promised at the time of booking.Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were not given the room category that we had booked and paid for, and our concerns were not handled professionally. When we asked for clarification, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue.What made the experience even more upsetting was that we felt we were treated differently because of our nationality and appearance. While I cannot know the staff’s intentions, the way we were treated gave us the impression that guests are not treated equally. As Indian travelers, we felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout our interaction with the reception staff.The customer service was among the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Instead of making guests feel valued, the staff made us feel ignored and dismissed.I would not recommend this hotel to Indian travelers or, frankly, to anyone expecting professional service, fairness, and respect. There are many better accommodation options in Baden where guests are treated with dignity and receive the service they pay for.

    Very convenient location, only 7 minutes walk from the railway station of Baden and the subterranean shopping mall. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. I can also recommend the in-house restaurant which offers a decent variety of mid-priced meals. I was very satisfied with my stay of two nights and would be happy to return.     There is nothing particularly positive or negative that sticks out for me in this hotel, other than perhaps the location, which is really quiet yet convenient, within easy walking distance of the station and the town centre. Other than that, the experience felt very average.The whole building and the decor in the room felt very dated (as if stuck in the 70s), and all was very dark. In the room, I was unable to find sufficient lighting options, which didn't help.The shower cubicle was rather narrow, yet right beside it, there was a corner that is completely unutilized and serves no purpose at all, which I found a bit puzzling.Location is excellent. Service was as one would expect in a 4-star establishment.I liked the breakfast, with quite good food options, and good bread.As I had booked the hotel only for one night (passing through, after arriving from the airport), it served its purpose, but it's not necessarily a place where I would want to stay several nights, unless it receives an update.     The Sunday bruch is absolutely fantastic. There is a great variety of fresh foods ranging from traditional breakfast to an Indian buffet including delicious desserts. The service is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very family friendly. We truly enjoyed it. Thanks so much. We will come back.     Fantastic hotel in all levels: excellent food, spacious and comfy room and the staff were just amazing!All the main attractions are walking distance from the hotel so that was an extra bonus for us!!
