    Great little hotel in a good location

    We booked this hotel for 4 nights for the Men’s Worlds hockey games. The hotel is really well situated near the number 10 tram into the centre and has a few shops and bakeries/eateries nearby. The room was spotless and modern and you could tell the hotel has been recently refurbished. We even got a balcony in our room. The room itself was quite compact but had everything we needed in it. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The shower room was clean and modern too. Staff were all super friendly. We will book this hotel for definite next time we come to Zürich.     This boutique hotel is a charming and elegant sleep enjoyment. Just outside of the action but a stone’s throw from the public transportation a perfect place to relax but close to the action! It joins the Boutique Burger which had the best burgers. I highly recommend!     The hotel staff is awful. There is a problem with the internet in the room. The staff told me he is new, it is working in the reception, there is nothing he can do. 30 min completely fruitless. For Switzerland I found this is unacceptable, the staff very uncooperative and trying to avoid any resolution.     Really disappointed. Our room was nothing like the photos and quite old and tatty. Poor value for money. Bathroom desperately needs a refit. Location okay - tram stop very close. On the rear side of the hotel there is a church that had very noisy bells ringing day and night. Staff were great. Bed was comfy.     Stay with them if want to spoil your holiday

    We had booked Leonardo Boutique hotel Zurich online thru MMT website 02 superior rooms from 21st Oct to 24th Oct (03 nights) for one of our very important corporate client and family. After booking online, email was also sent to hotel team directly to reconfirm reservation and requested to take care of our guests and ensure comfortable rooms. But when our guests checked in, they got to know that some renovation going on and many amenities were broken and rooms were not upto the mark. They were first given keys of rooms which were already occupied which was embarrassing for our guests. To our surprise the information about renovation was neither on MMT website nor hotel informed us.
