    from before I even stepped foot in this, Hotel the doorman was incredible and helpful with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk to check in where we were greeted by somebody with a lovely cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, and we proceeded to our rooms which were very spacious and Klien and smelt incredible and the concierge specifically Netaliya and moritz who was there the whole time and the times that Jens was there he was incredible they where all so knowledgeable not just with regards to zurich but rather the whole Switzerland to the point where I told them that I should not have paid for A travel planner because they are much better and more helpful to the room service who was very helpful and fast and everyone was so fluent in English and felt that everyone genuinely cared about us during our 5 nights

    Best Park Hyatt we have visited! Great location, perfect for families. We had a Park Corner Suite + Double bedroom connecting and it was wonderful for our family of 5. Special surprises for the kids (fruits/chocolates delivered, special toddler plates & cutlery at breakfast, bathrobes in every size... I could go on and on. Natalie and her team at the restaurant made our visit so special. My kids can't stop asking to go back.

    Good rooms and location, outstanding staff. Highly recommend if you have the budget for it. Excellent breakfast offering.

    For a hotel that claims to have 5 star and luxury they are terribly arrogant and service is terrible also! Every time we are there, either something is missing in the room but almost every time it takes them for than 20mins to come and help with the luggage down and every time we have to do it ourselves! This time was not an exception! And they saw we are carrying 4 luggages ourselves ( 2 people ) they didn’t even say sorry!!!!! Or helped !!!!! Be a little more helpful to your guests and treat them with no arrogance , especially when those guests have a highest status in your hotels!!!

    Excellent location, the room was great and the staff was excellent! We only stayed for one night but it was not too far from the main train station and close walking distance to a lot of great attractions and food.
