Location

This business hotel is located opposite arrivals in Zurich Airport. Guests will find numerous shops within the airport and bus and train transportation within 250 metres of the hotel. Zurich city centre is approximately a 10-minute journey on public transport, and Lake Zurich, Church of Our Lady, the historical district of Niederdorf and the attractive Limmatquai street are all around 12 km away. The Swiss Museum is a 10-minute ride on public transport.

Facility

330 non-smoking rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Disappointed and disheartened

    Spent the night here after completing an international move just prior to handing over our house in Switzerland to the new owner. Given the stressful circumstances we booked a lovely suite to get some respite, only to find that on awakening there was no hot water. Staff seemed impervious and kept emphasising that it was fixed and the water would be on soon, unfortunately too late for us as we had an early appointment, so we went disheveled and smelly to the handover and stayed so until checking in on the next stop of our big move.     Don’t ask for help at the front desk!

    The people working the front desk told me someone would stop by to check that the AC was working properly. No one ever stopped by or even called. Paid 300 dollars to sleep in a sauna.     Perfect location if you have an early morning flight and you do not want stress to catch your checkin.     I was visited 3 days in Radisson Blu Airport. Hotel is located next to airport and also reachable directly from airport via tunnel. Check-in was professional. Our room wasn’t ready yet because we arrived earlier but we were directed to wait in Hotel Bar and room was ready in 15 minutes. Room was normal size and we got view to airport which was quite nice to watch plane depart and arrive to airport. Soundproofing was good. Breakfast was not great but ok. Selection of ingredients was comprehensive. Public transportation in Switzerland is high quality and with Zurich card is easy to move around the city. We also ordered pizza via room service which was ok and it was delivered quite fast. Overall experience was good.
