Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Zurich, near the historical centre, and the business and banking districts. A public transport stop can be reached within 300 m and ensures guest can easily explore the area. A shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the airport every 30 minutes, providing excellent international transport links.

Facility

The hotel has 60 rooms, including 28 single rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    Charming lovely traditional French Hotel

    We were absolutely delighted with everything about our experience Hotel Royale in Geneva. The location is so easy from the train station. Right across the street there is a COOP grocery store and right to the left there is a LIDL. The hotel itself has wonderful accommodations the bed, the pillows, the linens. The whole motif of the room was charming. It had a refrigerator. The bathroom was huge and so nice. Closet space was generous. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. The restaurant was great! The reception and concierge service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel! We will be back!

    We spent only one night in this hotel, but it was a good experience. The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station and city center, but not so close that it is overly noisy. It is also right on the tram line from the airport, so it is easily reached without a lot of cost. Our room was a bit small, which is not surprising for a European hotel, but one section of the ceiling came down right above the bed making getting in an out a little tricky. The hotel is right across the street from a church, and the church bells were a joy to hear in the evening. The person who checked us in was pleasant, but the night desk person seemed to be on the phone making personal calls all the time.

    I had a pleasant stay. Very well located. 2 stops from train station. A direct public connection to the Airport. Lots of restaurants around. Clean. Nice reception. The room was a bit small but clean. Free wifi. Very good continental breakfast.

    Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super central location in Zurich, with a view on the hill, easily reached in a short walk of with a tram stopping in front every 5 min. I didn't understand how the AC worked, the staff came to show me at 11:30 PM on a Saturday. Great breakfast

    The rooms were bare, but the hotel was in a great location 5 minutes from the Zurich train station. Tram stop out the front, so get a No.10 tram from Zurich airport direct to the hotel.Then check in and explore the city, down a big hill. Harder to come upSome great priced eateries at the bottom of the hill, near the river, with a supermarket very close, near the train stationGreat location if you want a nice clean no frills hotel
