    Comfortable and well located, but staff slow to help

    We paid for a larger twin room, and were glad we did so, as it gave larger beds, a balcony and seating area, and a proper bathroom (I believe most of the double rooms are very cramped, and have just a glass cubicle within the room for the shower room). Nespresso machine and kettle were helpful, though an iron in the room would have been appreciated.On three days in a row we reported that our safe wasn't working - on the third day they finally changed the battery, but it now showed an error code. This did reflect the lack of interest that some reception staff seemed to have, and no offer was made to store our valuables, nor any haste to try and help. There was no aircon, and the international TV channels didn't work.That aside, the room was comfy, clean and just a 10 minute walk from the main station, and with loads of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and near a tram stop.Breakfast was fine and in a nice conservatory area - eggs cooked to order by helpful staff, and decent rolls and bread, plus hams, salmon, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, granola and muesli. The fruit juices though were very poor quality, and they could benefit from offering more fruit.

    Great Spot in the heart of Zurich!

    This hotel was a wonderful choice for our stay in Zurich. The rooms were spotless, the staff attentive and welcoming, and the location truly fantastic. We were able to walk almost everywhere—Old Town, Bahnhofstrasse, Grossmünster, Fraumünster, the Art Museum, and more.Our room felt generously sized by European standards, more comparable to an American hotel room, including the bathroom. Amenities included a Nespresso machine with pods, an in-room safe, and a thoughtfully curated pillow menu. The hotel’s variety of pillow options was a particularly nice touch, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.Overall, the hotel was extremely comfortable and perfectly located. We would happily stay here again.

    Huge comfortable room and located in a busy area with plenty of restaurants. We were only spending one night there before leaving the Zurich airport. The hotel is a fairly long walk from the train station and I'm not sure it was the most conveniently located for our purpose. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel with pleasant service and a very spacious room.

    Easy Breezy with a Senior.

    We recently traveled to Zurich with my 97 year old Father in Law and brother and sister in law. The Hotel Scheuble was perfect. There are elevators to the rooms and a lovely lobby/bar area where we could sit and visit outside of our room. The location was very walkable to a variety of areas and close to the tram stops as well. They offered a nice breakfast every day. There was a variety of great restaurants in walking distance, and we ate well. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and made our stay easy and stress free.

    We thought was a very nice hotel, my only concern was that their con system seemed a bit dodgy. Went if on our second night, and when I opened the windows it was noisyBed and pillows were very comfy.Staff seemed very pleasant also. We didn’t breakfast there as it seemed very expense for people who eat minimal breakfasts
