    Nice stay with dog

    I stayed here for three weeks whom working at an institution nearby with my small dog. It was a very good experience. I could organize my room cleanings, there was free coffee and the room was nicely equipped with a mini kitchenette. And the staff was super friendly!     A very enjoyable stay - especially because of Christian's fantastic service!!

    The location was very convenient, the room was nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom nit the biggest but very well laid out and comfortable to use. The large terrace was a nice touch as well. Thw only criticism of the room was weak power connectivity options compared to most hotels, but I managed.But the best thing about my stay was the excellent service from the very friendly staff. I must call out Christian who helped me before I even left home, on the phone several times, and helped sort out some details which were not straightforward - but he was fantastic. He and other staff were also very helpful with questions about directions into town.Thank you for a providing me with a very enjoyable stay!!     Great base in Zurich

    We stayed in Zurich for a week. We got trains from Zurich Airport via Hauptbahnhof to Altstetten Station and the Flag was a 10 min walk from the station. We were greeted at reception by Sero, a very friendly & professional young man who made us feel very welcome. Whilst checking us in, he noted it was my birthday during our stay. He directed us towards a seated area where we could have a drink of water or make tea/coffee. He directed us to the local supermarket (Aldi & Coop). When we got to our room there was a b'day card on the table and some sweet edibles. Such a kind gesture. Other lovely staff we dealt with were Felix & Christian. There were complimentary bottles of still & sparkling water in the decent sized fridge and tea bags & coffee pods (Nespresso machine provided). These are just provided on arrival and not replaced during a guest's stay. There is a kitchen sink, cutlery, crockery & glasses provided too. The bed was very comfortable and there is a good sized bathroom. Towels changed daily. Breakfast is available too. For a continental breakfast we thought it was very good and set us up for the day.
