    We had stayed from Tuesday to Sunday. We had arrived very late and there was someone there to greet us. Check in was easy. The room was clean, bed was nice and firm, pillow were a bit soft for us, but that is just a personal choice. Breakfast was well replenish, and plenty of choice. We had gone with a large group and I didn't see any problems. Check out was nice and easy, and we left our luggage with the hotel whilst we had a wonder around the town. Really easy to get to the hotel from the train station. It was also a bonus that there was a food festival just outside for the 4 days we were there.     Stayed here when in Baden on business. Hotels well located near to train stations & bus stops nearby also. During stay was provided with 1 day travel pass for local transport. Rooms are well equipped (nice coffee machine), breakfast is basic but good for needs. Decent hotel for business trips if not spending too much time in room/ hotel.     This is a clean and neat business hotel adjoining the Trafo conference hall. It is located close to the train station on the opposite side to the main town.Rooms are small but well equipped.The staff are efficient and Dana deserve special mention for her friendly service and flexibility.     Nice hotel, but completely useless staff

    The hotel room is nice and very clean and a good price. However, the staff are less then useless, seriously. I had to go to the front desk twice to ask to not be disturbed by room service. The first employee had no understanding of how their system worked. Only on the second encounter did they enter me into their system. I also paid for late check out. 40CHF mind you! But they didn’t enter that into their system either!! So I had a barrage of people at my hotel door all morning trying to throw me out until I finally managed to explain I had already paid to stay there! Nice hotel, but don’t pay for late check out and be weary of the staff.     Functional but pleasant.

    Functional business hotel. Not expensive compared to Zurich. Good value for money but you get what you paid for. Very quiet and a good nights sleep.Staff are excellent, pleasant and helpful.Breakfast is standard fare but worth it. Rooms could do with more storage for clothes as you have to live out of your suitcase (only a couple of hangers) and no drawers / shelves. Could benefit from having a restaurant at night but there is a Co-op serving takeaway hot foot within 3 minutes walk if you want to avoid the local very expensive eateriesAdded bonus is a free bus pass for local area which includes free or discounted entry to some attractions.
