The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Convenient haven close to train station and old town

    Friendly Marriott welcome at efficient checking. Nice recently refurbished room. All M-lounge staff super welcoming with a shout out to Grace who was warm, welcoming and 100% professional.Hotel is a short walk from the main train station with fast connection to the airport. General point- Walking and trams much faster than taxi/Uber as busy times.

    Ongoing renovation of the hotel building with lack of communication

    I arrived after a long flight from Asia and had booked a junior suite with a view, but my stay was marred by ongoing renovations in the building — I could hear constant drilling, which was very unpleasant after travel. Reception did not inform me about the works at check-in; when I complained, their response was simply, "Renovation was allowed." After an unpleasant conversation, I was moved to another wing, but I never received an apology or any expression of regret from the hotel, despite being a Gold-level Marriott Bonvoy member. No goodwill gesture was offered during or after my stay. Disappointing customer service and a lack of consideration for loyalty members.     Standard business hotel near to sights

    Good hotel in decent location. It is about a 10 minute walk to shopping and food. Pretty busy lobby. Good sauna although I would have been fine with it a few degrees cooler. Lounge is on first floor so you do not get to take advantage of the views. I got a renovate room which was very nice. This is your basic American business hotel in Zurich. Not a lot of character but gets the job done. Rooms were quiet for a good night sleep.

    I like the lounge the best

    Grateful for the room upgrade to a newly renovated junior suite with a lovely view of the partly frozen Limmat River. Stayed two nights here. Did not try their breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning for our tours. But I must commend Christina at the reception and intern Natalie in the lounge for providing excellent service. The lounge food was also good.
