  Honestly, I decided to stay at this hotel because of the many positive reviews I read about the location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff, and I’m glad I chose this place.When we arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, the receptionist kindly suggested that we leave our luggage first while waiting for the check-in time at 3 PM. We went out to explore the city for a while and came back a little after 2 PM. Thankfully, the receptionist allowed us to do an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Herena!On the third day of our stay, we also asked for recommendations for good local food around the hotel. The receptionist (Cicy) was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in assisting us. She even showed us several recommended places directly on Google Maps from her phone, which made it much easier for us to explore nearby local restaurants.Our room was also cleaned every day, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay here. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality from the staff.   Superb hospitality, good location

  There is hospitality and there is CityInn’s hospitality. This hotel raised the bar for every hotel around the world, including many premium ones. Fresh water and snacks delivered to your room daily. Sitting area on the second floor has a coffee machine, tea and water and noodles are served at night. Laundry free of charge. Excellent little map, free in the lobby, includes subway network.   Exceptional Staff

  We had a wonderful stay at Cityinn Branch 1 Taipei Station in February/March. It is clean, convenient and comfortable. The staff at Cityinn make this hotel stand out among the others. They are professional, competent and customer oriented in a way that leaves a lasting impression. In particular we were amazed at the thoughtfulness, caring and attentive manner in our interactions with Cicy. She went the extra mile to help us with any matter and treated us with such genuine kindness and affection. Her personal recommendations helped us immensely in Taipei and Alishan and we are very grateful.Kaylee was also exemplary, going above and beyond assisting us with some tricky transportation to Alishan. I believe it was also Kaylee who appeared promptly at our door and fixed our lights when we first arrived. She is gracious, efficient and a delight to speak with. The entire front desk staff operated as an efficient team relaying messages between guests and staff. The cleaning staff should also be commended as excellent and hardworking, and we enjoyed returning to a spotless room each day. The staff at this hotel are very special and present the hotel and country of Taiwan in a very positive light. I hope the owners/upper management recognize what a treasure they have in their employees.   A Hotel with the Kindest, Most Attentive Team

  We had such a wonderful stay here and truly cannot recommend this hotel enough.We actually moved to this hotel after leaving another one in Taipei because the level of cleanliness there was not what we expected. Coming here was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were absolutely spotless every single day — truly impeccable. Huge compliments to the housekeeping team for their amazing work.From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Abbey at the front desk, who was especially kind, warm, and helpful — though honestly, the entire team was fantastic. They even provided us with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival so we could have more space, which we truly appreciated. The level of customer service is exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. They also contacted us after checkout because we had forgotten a charger in the room — something we hadn’t even realized ourselves. That kind of thoughtfulness truly goes above and beyond.We also loved the complimentary extras like the free ramen and coffee — such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated after long days exploring.The location is amazing: just 2 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and right next to a mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Plus, there is a FamilyMart literally as you step out the hotel door.Overall, this hotel made our stay extra special thanks to the people who work there.
