Good hotel but has some issues...

The staff was great, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and the good-sized room. The location is convenient, being close to the MRT station, Family Mart, and shopping areas. However, the hotel feel somewhat outdated and could benefit from newer furniture as it looks like it's from the 90s. The breakfast offered variety but the food was lukewarm. The hotel staff can benefit from adding lids and closing them on the chafing dishes. Overall, it was a decent stay, but if I return, I would choose a more centrally located hotel

A hotel that failed to report domestic violence.

They failed to report domestic violence that occurred in the hotel. A staff saw a guy abusing a woman, a Taiwanese legislator, in the hotel hall way, and did not do anything about it. As expected, she was later beaten in the hotel room. The hotel provided first aid kit and ice packs throughout the whole time, but again, didn’t bother to call the police.

Nice Hotel with good Location

I was here for business trip and it was a nice experience to stay here. Good points from this hotel: (1) the location is strategic which we can found Fuzhong Metro Station, Banqiao Nanya Street Market, Farmer Market, Convenience store, and many more. (2) the hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. (3) the restaurant was also nice with local menus and western. I am a Muslim from Indonesia which should take a look for halal food. I think I had options on this hotel resto. Such as vegan (salad), sweet potatoes, breads, fruits, cereals, etc. (4) There were gym facilities nearby restaurant.(5) the last think is in case of emergency, this hotel room has an escape equipment which use the harness and rope and it is available almost of all rooms on this hotel. Hhmm.. safety is first!

The hotel has excellent location.... Metro and HSR is very near one will not need to take expensive taxis..... Staff behavior and ambiance is quite good....Rooms and security feature are fine.... I stay there every visit.....

I have stayed three times at this hotel. Its location is fantastic in Banqiao, right next to a metro stop, mall, night market, and most importantly, 20% discount eating at Wang Steakhouse on the 2nd floor!
