    I had a great stay at this hotel! I booked the family room and the executive triple room since there were seven of us. Our group arrived on different days, but we got rooms next to each other thanks to Johnny at the front desk! I enjoyed all my interactions with him throughout our stay.I am already familiar with this side of Taipei Main Station, so I specifically chose this hotel for its location near the Z4 exit (the one with the elevator) and K12 exit (with escalator). I also chose this hotel for its price point, which I found super fair.I found the rooms to be spacious. There were four of us in the family room, and we could all open out suitcases at the same time. Like most hotels I stayed in around Taipei Main Station, the entrance wasn't much to look at, but the rooms are always beyond expectation. The theme of the lobby/reception area was quite dark, so I was really pleasantly surprised to find the rooms to be well-lit and cozy. The bathrooms were spacious as well. And it's always a huge plus that they have a Japanese bidet (iykyk). We all got a good sleep as everything felt comfortable and we didn't hear any noise. In fact, I found it too quiet that I had to sleep with my earbuds. The place was clean. You can request to have the trash taken out and the towels to be replaced everyday.

    stay in the hotel twice. One upon arrival and one upon departure.Hotel is clean and spacious but the design of the room is not very compact. The main downside of the room is the hanging lamp..definitely bound to hit your head on it. 2ndly there is no breakfast served in the hotel but there are alot of cafe within walking distanceAside to that, staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak english so communication no issue. There are helping me to keep my luggage and collect the purchase from a local stall when the shop deliveres the good while i had my overnight trip in Beitou.Overall is a good stay.

    Tho this property has a central location and is surrounded by shops..and the rooms are ok but.The hotel cafe closes,at 5pm?Housekeeping g only available after a 4 night stay.And staff could take a lesson in customer service as they are helpful.but not good problem solvers.Overall so so value

    Very accommodating hotel. The room was excellent. What I want to talk about is the service. We arrived early and the clerk allowed us to leave out luggage in the lobby until our room was ready so that we could go out and site see. They secured all of our luggage together and gave us a token to show when we came back to claim our room which he allowed us to check into when we arrived early. When we left the next day, he repeated the process for us, allowing us to leave our luggage there until late in the afternoon. They were very professional and very friendly.There is a water machine in the lobby that we were able to fill our water bottles with safe water and a coffee machine that made 8 different styles of coffee. It was great.

    Very nice n have good service. Everytime I come to Taipei n I choose this hotel relax II. Near to Taipei Main Metro Station/HSR and bus station. Shin Kong shopping mall opposite.
