    Wonderful 6 night stay!

    I had a wonderful 6 night stay at the hotel which is newly renovated/built so everything looks brand new. It’s a 5 minute walk from the MRT station with a fabulous bakery and fresh cut fruit stand on the walk to it. The breakfast was adequate with everything from congee, to eggs, salad and hot dishes. And the air conditioning was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. I run hot and could even set it to 16 degrees which is unheard of today! But what stood out the most was the service. Everyone was super sweet and helpful, even if there was sometimes a language barrier. Special mention to Joey and Jason at the front desk, as well as Iney and Anna at breakfast. They were all super helpful and always did so with a smile. Special mention to Joey who recommended a fabulous Taiwanese restaurant that has been going for decades. It was so good we went back a second time. The only downside for me was the bed that was too firm. But this is common with most beds in hotels in Asia. I would not hesitate to stay again as long as a mattress topper was provided. For the price point you cannot get a better deal so I highly recommend the hotel. Do not stay anywhere else in Taipei, you will regret it.

    Located at the junction of Songjiang Road and Chang'an East Road, within walking distance of the Songjiang Nanjing metro station and with taxis easily accessible outside the lobby, the hotel is convenient for everyone. The room itself is very spacious, clean and neatly decorated. All that is essential is there, including even a Nespresso coffee machine and the standard fridge and safe. The bed, together with the blanket and pillows, is very comfortable. There is one thing I want to highlight for special commendation, which is its user-friendly design of light switches: There is a main switch next to the headboard, with which one can switch off all the lights except the bathroom. There are table lamps on each side of the bed that are independent of the main switch. There is a lounge on level 5 that offers free coffee and biscuits to hotel guests, as well as laundry machines for free.I didn't try its breakfast and therefore can't comment on that.Overall very happy with my six-night stay and I surely will come back on my next Taipei trip.

    Location was perfect for me.start from reception cleaning and the buffet area staff all of them were super cool and more attentive. Hotel room was super big very spacious and love the sofa and bathroom .. very good enough space for two or three people with big luggages. We had breakfast buffet each and everyday it was so simple and nice … I had a good time there .. thanks for the best service

    Please describe the nearest public transportations available . Others services are very good

    All staff are wonderful and helping . Breakfast value for money .however cannot find out by other means on transport services to nearby visitor spots and travel agencies for local tours.Reception helpful despite my poor language skill. information to visitor can be improve .

    Big room on the upper floor with very nice views. Breakfast was great as well. The "aunties" at the breakfast area were always very helpful to families with small children. One time, a guy was on duty and he was not helpful at all. Location is also nice, near small local restaurants. Train station is in front too but we didn't get to use. One baffling thing though is our room is never cleaned enough, carpets are not vacuumed and sheets on the sofa bed are never made. Sometimes no toiletries replenishment as well.
