    Fantastic location in Zhongshan neighborhood very close to the MRT station. The neighborhood is lively. Staff are friendly.Unfortunately our room was very unpleasantly musty for our entire stay, requiring us to open the windows which only partially mitigated the issue and, of course, let in cold air.No heating - the HVAC blows room temperature air. It's not a problem necessarily in the temperate winter here, but still. Carpets and armchair are dingy and dirty.Beds are very firm and cannot be described as comfortable.I wouldn't stay here again.

    Location is good.. in the midst of shopping streets and malls, a few mins walk from ZhongShan MRT (Exit 4 has escalator to street level, though exit 3 stairs are nearer to hotel). Reception at level 8, same building level 2 opens to Daiso. 10-15mins walk to NingXia Night Market and can passby Carrefour Supermarket on the way. Nearby also have Mala Hotpot buffet and Ippudo ramen. Super location!Room is comfortable.. Good water pressure.. Decent Size..Breakfast is decent and will change a few dishes. Sunday breakfast actually have the soya milk and egg roll from the famous Fu Hang Soya Milk (limited stock, but really appreciate this from hotel).Good hotel choice for family, couples - i am glad we choose this hotel 😁

    I stayed here for 5 nights with my family and I don’t have a lot of positive things to share about this hotel. Our stay here wasn’t bad, but we expected a lot more for the price we paid for this hotel.Let’s first talk about the hotel’s building. It is located in an old building near Zhongshan MRT station. By just looking at the building, you won’t be able to guess that the hotel is actually inside that building. No proper signs outside the building. You need to go to the fifth floor by using the elevator to reach the hotel’s reception area for check-in. Nothing special to talk about the reception area well. Pretty basic even for a 3 star hotel. Now let’s talk about the room. We booked a standard double room and it was too tiny to keep our stuff and move. Even the bathing area with small bathtub wasn’t adequate. Room was too dark and we really wished there were more lights in the room. If you already made up your mind to stay in this hotel, then I would say go for the room that has a window. It will help to bring some natural light into your room. They do not even provide basic complimentary amenities like a dental kit on the name of saving the environment which doesn’t seem right to me. We tried the breakfast as well and it wasn’t worth it. Choices were really limited. So, please do not bother booking a room with the breakfast included.Hotel’s location and the staff are the only things we liked about this hotel. The hotel is located around 150 meters away from the Zhongshan MRT station (use exit 3) and the Taipei Main station is also around 1km away which makes it really convenient to travel from one place to another. Hotel staff is also very efficient and helpful. That’s being said, we still feel that we could have booked a lot nicer hotel than this one for the price we paid for this one. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommended this hotel to others.

    Very decent sized room, extremely good location minutes from Zhongshan station. Lobby on 8F of building, reception is very friendly. Room is clean though slightly old and musty smell from the AC. Breakfast is small but adequate, and has Japanese style items as well. this is a hotel popular with Japanese business travelers it seems. Free TV channels are fantastic plus it also accesses to YouTube.

    Tried to get level 9 rooms, rooms r bigger n more comfortable than level 10 😅.Hotel provide self- laundry wif dryer (provides detergent too)
 so convenient for Light weight travellers who need to do washing while travelling đŸ„°Room is clean n comfortable đŸ€—City hotel pricey but worth it coz it’s jz 5 min walk from ZhongShan station. U can travel to Tamsui or Beitou or Rao He nite mkt or Taipei 101 conveniently jz minutes travelling via MRT. U can take train to purchase the famous Chia Te pineapple pastry too. The hotel location itself is already near many malls nearby with restaurants n for shopping too, enough to keep u bz, not required to travel elsewhere.
