  The hotel is conveniently located above St Ignatius Station and connected to a plaza, with plenty of eateries just steps away, making it very easy to find food options.The room itself was pleasant, offering a nice city view, and there’s a convenient water dispenser located just outside the rooms.One downside is the lift arrangement. To reach the ground level, you need to change lifts at Level 6, where the reception is located. Since the lifts are also shared with plaza visitors, wait times can be quite long, especially during busy hours.Amenities include shower and shampoo dispensers, and you can request a toothbrush free of charge. A nice bonus is the free ice cream available until 11 pm.I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, as it’s a fixed menu where you can only choose from four set options. There’s a McDonald’s less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

  We're a family of 3 stay for 6 night..We have stay in this property multiple time all of them in their previous brand name under Park City Hotel, we would have stay here last year but they're still on renovation then.While we are excited to see the changes & improvement done to hotel, our initial impression wasn't positive after my daughter found trash (bottle water & plastic food packaging from precious guest) under the bed when we check in then there also feeling that hotel personal is hesitant to engage with (us) foreign guests.As day goes by it did get better, daily house keeping did a good job & communication with front desk became easier Few things we did want to share is1) lobby restaurant provide limited service ex: they have set menu breakfast only 2) certain room amenities is limited as part of their environmental effort 3) free ice cream in the lobby, isn't really ice cream ( sorry )4) self service laundry room ( washers & dryer ) is really easy to uses & convenient 5) location is convenient too with mrt/retail stores (Muji, Uniqlo etc)/ lots of restaurant close by, but around 30-45 minutes away from tourist spotAnyway if we're back in taipei, for sure two tails would probably still our first choice..   Excellent hotel. Everything is on point. Good reception and check in. Friendly staff. Clean modern, comfortable in every way. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow. Laundry room at £1.20 per machine load with free washing powder. Dryers and ironing board. Best equipped gym found in a hotel. Fantastic location, right off the MRT. And to top it all. FREE ICE CREAM whenever you want !!! What’s not to love! There is nothing to fault in this hotel. I’d happily stay again.

  Checked Out and Checked In Again

  We checked out and left Taipei, heading south. But due to unforeseen circumstances, need to cancel plan and head back to Taipei. Without a doubt, we booked Two Tails Hotel Luzhou again.It was an accidental discovery of this gem. For a start, the hotel is right beside the metro station, it is located on level 6 of a small mall. Super convenient!The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the hotel lobby is fun & welcoming, nothing too formal nor pretentious. Doors and walls are solid, you can't hear noises from outside and vice versa.The collaborate with a commercial gym that is located inside the hotel. I have not seen a gym with such complete equipments in my life.Definitely staying here again if I am in Taipei!

  Great hotel! The rooms are very clean and are conveniently located above a shopping center, food court and a couple restaurants. Floor B2 to 5 is shopping. Floors 6 and above is the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant, but as usual it's expensive and the food is so-so. Venturing out and experiencing the local food is my personal recommendation. Overall the hotel staff service, and cleanliness of the rooms are exceptional.
