The hotel is stunning, with very spacious and comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool area, and consistently delicious food.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service.     WOW, this is the place that makes your dreams a reality.

    This is an amazing place- great facility, excellent service, and specular beaches.  The rooms, food, and atmosphere where you were over the top.  When you look at the photos none of them have been photo shopped, what you see is what you will get! This is truly the resort dreams are made of.  What a place!  The operations manager, Jason, will make sure that even what you haven't dreamed of yet, it can happen.  Try a private dinner on the beach with your own waiter, champagne and if you are lucky, a kitty cat at your feet.....truly a night you will remember as the whole presentation is magic.  I can't image anyplace that would be more wonderful.     Avoid the spa

    This hotel is a bit uneven. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, if you compare to other 5 star hotels. The rooms were great, and so was the pool areas and the beach. We liked the rooftop bar and the gym. The spa is a complete disaster, had the worst manicures of our lives. The breakfast is ok but the seating inside is boring. The dinners were always buffet, quite average. The service is uneven, some of the staff was nice but overall a bit sleepy and tired. So this hotel is OK, but not five star.     Not sure what dreams one can find here

    Not what one would expect from an Accor hotel for a diamond member. No early check-in is understandable, no upgrade while I showed the staff at check-in that I could book 2 rooms of higher standard is a shame. The manager on duty clearly knew he was not following the Accor rules but seemed not to care. A formal complaint regarding Non-provision of status benefits has been filed to Accor. Besides this, the hotel is very average. The beach in front is lower than average. On the positive they offered us free breakfast for early arrival.     We had an excellent time at Nungwi dreams by Mantis

    First of all I would like to mention that this is not a 5* hotel, more like a 4* superior, but the staff members make the extra star. Thanks to the wonderful staff, we have enjoyed a beautiful week in Zanzibar. I would like to mention and give a special thank to: Mark (chef), Yussein (chef), Jumbe (chef), Eric (restaurant manager) and his assistant Kisa, and from the serving staff Shaban (who is always smiling), Kelvin (the fastest waiter from all of Zanzibar), Zaihaf, Saada, Aika and front office Shehe Mwamvita.Of course there are more to mention, sorry for those not mentioned here.Hotel grounds are clean and full of exotic flowers, rooms are big in size (but not 5* style), beach is sandy on the shore, usable for swimming only when high-tide, but Nungwi town's picture perfect beaches are just 3 km away, where you can have a relaxing swim at any time of the day. I wanted this exactly because is in a quiet location, but if wanted, all the buzz of Nungwi can be reached. We had sea view room (what I recommend, because the Indian ocean's colors are truly spectacular), we were on all inclusive basis (I would say it's a good choice).
