  The hotel is in a Fabulous location ie on the beach but also close to other bars and restaurants.All staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar teams excellent as are the animation and fitness staff. lots of TUI personnel to ask questions throughout the day and evening. quite frankly whatever you need is here.   This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were coming from Cartagena- and the hotel there was underwhelming. So we had very low expectations. We pulled up and walked into a beautiful airy lobby and our eyes were directly drawn to the infiniti pool and the beautiful beach right in front of the property. While our room was not yet ready, we were invited to sit down for lunch and were given towels to go straight to the pool/beach. When we did get keys to the room we were pleasantly surprised to have a small balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. The rooms were incredibly clean and inviting. The onesite restaurant was pleasant and the food was delightful. Tons of options The- buffet and a la carte from menu as well The location of the hotel was perfect as a jumping off base for our tours. Hotel felt very safe, with a security guard checking all cars coming in. A great pharmacy across the street for all your last minute needs as well as an ATM came in handy! Highly recommend. Also when here, use their on-site travel services. They have amazing tours and customize trips based on your needs.   The worst wifi imaginable and no smart t.v. Don't drink the water!!!!

  Someone needs to tell the owners its 2024 not 1994. Seriously. Nice hotel severely in need of updating to the 21 century. Pool exposure to sun without any umbrellas whatsoever. How thoughtless can owners be? Seriously. Room was fine. Don't even think about drinking the water in this destination. Montezuma is waiting.   Greate place I would return always, the staff was very kindly, the restraunt in the breakfast very good food, the room was pretty, was a suit and this was very clean, the pool was great because was so big and you can have the sea next to it.
