    The service was a top notch we loved the food , accommodation , excursions,ambience looks very nice etc,staff very friendly especially Sam at the front area who help me when I was not feeling well arranged for a doctor, he was so kind and caring very professional We loved the excursions which was arranged by Saleh very kind manThis was my first time here but the experience made me felt in love with the place Thank you so much everyone who took part to make sure we enjoyed our stayWe will surely come back and also recommend to our friends.

    Fantastic stay at the Z Hotel

    I would like to thank Sam and the team at the Z Hotel for an amazing stay. This is a wonderful boutique hotel with direct access to the beach in Nungwi. The pool and garden area is perfectly maintained with plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool and on the beach.The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated with art from local artists.What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was made feel at home. Thank you Sam, Siti, Geoffrey and Gabriel for looking after me so well. I wish I could remember everyone’s name! I also want to thank Hafsa for the fantastic massage in the hotel spa overlooking the sea. Finally, the food. Simply delicious! From breakfast to the seafood, everything was fresh and to a high standard. A highlight for me. I would highly recommend the Z Hotel for its dedicated staff, comfort, and outstanding cuisine.

    We had the most wonderful time at the Z Hotel in Nungwi and honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived we felt completely looked after.The staff were the standout for us — genuinely friendly, endlessly accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A massive thank you to the general manager, Said, who personally helped us with numerous requests and made us feel so welcome. Thanks too to Sam, Amani and Prishita (apologies if I’ve spelt any names wrong!) for being so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The reservations manager — whose name has unfortunately slipped my memory — was incredibly kind and helpful, showing us around the hotel the moment we arrived. And a special mention to Ali, Gabriel and Geofrey, who really looked after us around the pool and in the restaurants with such kindness.The food deserves its own paragraph — quite simply the best we’ve had on any holiday. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the resort itself was magnificent, the pool superb, and the beach absolutely beautiful.We visited on the opening day of the season, so much so that we were the first guests in the hotel. It was very peaceful and the resort was stunning.We’re already booking our next trip back. If you’re considering the Z Hotel Nungwi, don’t hesitate — you won’t be disappointed.

    We didn't want to leave ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely wonderful stay at Z Hotel Zanzibar.The location is stunning — breathtaking ocean views, beautiful pool and direct access to the beach.But the real highlight? The people.Sam deserves a special mention. From day one, he went above and beyond — always present, always smiling, always making sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel like family, not guests.The entire staff followed the same standard of excellence. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional and truly happy to help. It's rare to find a team so consistently wonderful.The rooms are beautifully decorated with local African touches, clean and incredibly comfortable.Z Hotel is the perfect base to explore the magic of northern Zanzibar.We came for the island. We'll come back for the people.Highly recommended — without any hesitation. 💛

    Memorable room and property - one of my favorite places that I've stayed!

    Amazing location, divine atmosphere, memorable room (we stayed in one of the penthouses). The design was so special and memorable. Great value. Daily cleaning, well-done. The right mix of vibes and relaxation. My only complaint is that drink and food service for beachside was a little slow. Otherwise, an incerdible stay!
