    I had a wonderful stay here, I'd absolutely recommend it & would stay here again.The reception team were very clear, responsive and helpful - both ahead of check-in and during my stay. I was in touch by email the day before I arrived, and there was a WhatsApp option to be in touch easily during my stay.My room/suite was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and I thought the facilities were excellent, although I didn't make use of all of them - eg I didn't use the cooker or oven.Food options were very good - I had a delightful sunset meal at the restaurant on floor 27, and breakfast dishes on offer (ground floor restaurant) were delicious, nutritious (if you want that!), offered good variety and options, and also seemed appropriately priced.The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful throughout my stay - from Reception to both of the restaurants I visited.

    Excellent service at this hotel — I would give it a 10/10! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction.The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The breakfast is also very good. Good location and also a free shuttle every 30 minutes to Emquater shopping center and access to many restaurants.
