  **Comfortable & Peaceful Stay in a Prime Bangkok Location**Our group of around 10 alumni from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya stayed at 14 Place Sukhumvit Suites Bangkok from 31 May 2025 to 3 June 2025, and it was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone.The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Asok station, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. Terminal 21 Shopping Mall is close by, and several other major shopping areas are just one train stop away. The walking street is also within close reach, adding more options for evening activities.The property was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and quiet throughout our stay, with no disturbance from traffic or nightlife noise, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.We stayed in a two-room apartment with a large living hall and a kitchen. All kitchenette facilities were available, which allowed us to cook our own breakfast and enjoy it together in a fun and relaxed way. It was also excellent value for money, offering a clean, peaceful environment and a highly convenient location at a reasonable price.Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a great location with good comfort, friendly service, and a very quiet environment ideal for relaxation.

  Great stay in the heart of Bangkok

  We booked for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. Located just 2 min walk from Asok station … we had easy access to all that Bangkok has to offer via the metro system. The apt could sleep 6 people, but we were just a couple, so it was very spacious and clean. The only minor downside is that there is some internal noise from other apartments, as guests arrive and depart and different hours. The reception staff are super helpful and courteous. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  Large well located apartments

  The apartment met all our needs during our stay in Bangkok. We had a large 2 bedroom apartment for my husband and I and our teens. One room had a queen bed and the other room had a queen bed and single bed. Each room had an ensuite with shower and toilet plus there was an additional toilet.The kitchen had plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc. As breakfast isn't provided we purchased supplies from the supermarket in Terminal 21.The washing machine and clothes airer is on the balconey. Washing powder is supplied. It was great to be able to wash our clothes and they would dry overnight.The apartment is 2 mins walk from the train station and light rail. We were able to get to many places in Bangkok using the train or light rail. The shopping malls of Siam are only a few light rail stops away. Traffic is gridlocked in peak hour so the train and light rail are a great way to get around. There is a money exchange just around the corner and a 5 min walk to 7/11.We arrived from our international flight at 7am. The security guard let us into the foyer and sit by the pool until reception opened at 8am. We were able to store our bags until our room was ready. The staff kindly allocated our room at 11am.Soi 11 Sukhumvit is a short walk with a variety of restaurants.The pool is small and cold. It is ok for a refresh from the heat. We were so busy out sightseeing that we didn't use it that often.Would definitely recommend these apartments to those looking for a well located base to navigate Bangkok.

  Nice hotel in a slight obscure area of Sukhumvit

  I hadn't booked for this place but was allocated to it as the original apartment (Same property management as this place) that I had booked was undergoing emergency repairs due to safety reason. I had to say that it was an absolute steal! The place was pretty pleasant, cosy & definitely bigger than I expected. I had booked for a 2 bedroom apartment but I'm pretty sure the place can hold about 3 - 5 guests. The living room was furnished with a sofa bed, pillow & blanket was placed there in case there's a need for guest to sleep there. The rooms were very well-maintained & cleaned everyday. Other facilities like washing machine (washing powder provided), drying racks, refrigerator & stove were noted to be in fine working condition. It's really a great abode for the families or group of friends. N best of all, the management actually provided 2 × 1itre bottles of mineral waters for the guests everyday, which we were very appreciative. Prices might be a little steep for some, but I think its pretty worthwhile & I would highly recommend this place.
