    Wonderful, stressfree stay !

    This was my second long stay in this hotel. Again I had a wonderful stay there ! Booking was done by Noor. Khun Oui also looked after about our stay. Check in time again Noor and Indie were there. It went smoothly. Greeted us cordially. Great locatioon for hospital visit. Peaceful environment, Spacious room, comfy bed. House keeping also does their work properly. Love the pool and the surrounding area of pool. Check out time Pim and Cee were there. They helped us. Everything went great from the time we arrived and till the time we check out. El, Chattu, Sam- they all are very helpful and nice too. And khun Oui always looked after us. I highly recommend this hotel for a wondetful and stressfree experience.

    I had a long stay at this hotel and I have to stay that I and my Mum we had a wondrrful stay here. The hotel is in a good location, its peaceful with a lot of greenery. It is in such a location which made easy for our Bangkok Hospital visit. The neighbourhood has Bangkok Plaza, Pharmacy, Restaurants etc. Noor helped us to check- in. Pim, Cee, L, Indie, Piman- all of them are really helpful. Even the Bell Boy- Chattu and other one, who helps not only with the luggage but also they drive the golf kart to and from the hotel to hospital, Bangkok plaza area. They all are well trained, patient, helpful, lively and very kind. Khun Oui and Khun Beau really took good care of us and were there to help us always. The room was very comfortable and spacious. With clean bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and they provide enough pillow. The hotel also has breakfast which is good. The hotel also has a gym and a pool. You can also sit outside where there is a lot if greenery. The area of the hotel is really peaceful which was a plus point for a person like me. The lobby is small but cosy. They also sell microwaveable food, ice- cream, water, snacks and other stuffs. The hotel ensures the security of the guest and they have taken this point very seriously which is important. I'd highly recommend this wonderful hotel to fellow travellers.

    Convenient access to Bangkok hospital but not much else. Located in a lifeless suburb.Rooms clean. There is a TV etc.The incorrect spelling of the name ALEX as ALIX is very confusing. Its expensive they asked me 2500 baht compared to the online price of 1500baht. 1500 is OK but not 2500

    Location: Some taxi drivers don't know where this hotel is, so it is easier to tell them to go to Bangkok Hospital and go down the Thai Village alley. The hotel is just 3 minutes from Bangkok Hospital by foot, or 1 minute if you use the hotel's shuttle golf cart. And from there it is easier for you to get a taxi. There are a huge 7/11 store, cafes and restaurants at Bangkok Plaza, right next to the hospital. So, it is quite convenient.Room: The room is large and looks like most service apartments, with a small dining table, a kitchen sink, a microwave oven, a kettle, a small fridge, some cups and plates. It's very clean and the building looks new. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. It had this unpleasant smell from the drain. And while we were staying, there was some sort of a construction on our floor, causing a smell of dust and again the drain. It would have been nice if they had given us a room on a different floor. But all in all, it was okay, so we didn't ask to move.Food: Since this is a service apartment-turned hotel, there is only one restuarant there, which seems to be totally empty all the time (not even a staff there). I think if you want breakfast, you might need to book it in advance. I am glad I didn't, though. There are other places you can go near the hotel.Staff: all of the staff I met while staying there were very helpful and polite. Although it took a while for us to complete the check-in, the rest was very good.In conclusion, I quite enjoyed my stay. But I do hope they would improve in the mentioned areas, as it has potential to be a great hotel.

    Superb Convenient Accomodation

    This place is a bargain. If you need to stay around the Bangkok Hospital area, this place is for you. Its brand new and unknown. It sits down a quiet private road 150 meters from the Hospital. There is a golf kart service to run you to/from the hospital and surrounding area. Pool is quiet and clean, gym is full of latest equipment. Staff are excellent and their English is good, both Standard and Deluxe rooms are really well designed with the latter essentially being larger.Its all brand new and with that are are always a few snagging problems, like a loose socket, but report it and it gets fixed. Great bedding, pillows & towels, big shower area.A couple of the established hotels around the other side of the hospital seem to have the Monopoly for recommendations by the hospital. But this place will soon change all that. Its better location (quiet), and better value. Even has nice things like scales in Reception to weigh you luggage.I will certainly be back here next time if its not full by then
