When i first arrived, i felt the service had gone down over the years i have been here. However later everything turn out great. Loved the room as always . Clean rooms and housekeeping team is always so amazing and polite . The hotel has buggy to take you to main road . The breakfast is really nice . Same day laundry service. The front desk staffs and the concierge man near the door are friendly. One reason why i would choose to always come back is how spacious the rooms are and how clean they are . The location is great if you’re travelling for shopping or food or even party .

Had a great stay at Alt Hotel Nana. Excellent location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. A special thank you to Ying for her outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. She truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Nice,clean quiet an good location.Very nice staff, especially Dao, in the reception. So sweet and helpfull.Nice spacious rooms. Very good price Good breakfeast.
