    I transited through Thailand, and stayed only one night. Nepal was my final destination, but ongoing conflict in the Middle East impacted my international flight making it necessary to reroute through Thailand. I wanted to be close to the airport for my early morning flight to Nepal the next day. This hotel is perfect if you are seeking proximity to the airport . They offer a free shuttle to/from the airport (reservation in advance required). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. I visit Southeast Asia often, and Suvarnabhumi is one of my preferred airport hubs. This will be my go to hotel in the future for short transit stays in Bangkok.

    The hotel is just a 20 minutes drive from BKK airport which is quite convenient if you are staying for one night. I have booked this hotel after reading many great reviews and it sure lived up to expectations. The hotel pickup rep was easy to spot at Gate 5 in the arrivals hall and the lady there was really friendly. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and inviting from the moment I checked in at the hotel. A young staff member name Tern was very helpful and kind. The quality of customer service was amazing. When I left for Bangkok, I had specifically asked for a non smoking room and got a nice peaceful room overlooking the front of the hotel. The room decor is a bit old and the office working chair is out of operation but that was not a major problem at all for a one night visit. Overall I think the hotel is good value for money.

    Transport to & from hotel worked well. Hotel itself quite comfortable & well appointed, if a little soulless like most big hotels. Room was lovely, clean & well equipped. Ordered a mojito cocktail at the bar & it was made with dark rum which was a surprise but not totally unpleasant. Restaurant was painful! Didn’t appear to have nearly enough staff, although our waitress was doing her best. Waited an age to order & food arrived nearly an hour later! However, food itself was ok.

    Absolutely loved this hotel, though the restaurant service didn't seem to have enough wait staff (the US usually has 1 waiter per 7 tables) and service could be quite slow

    Hotel is nice and cozy, not far from Suvarnabhumi International Airport with a free round trip shuttle. Service is also good
