A very nice hotel next to Air Link and BTS stations. Good sound isolation. The lady at the reception was very nice and patient with some complicated guests :) ... The home food restaurant next door (kin.d) definitely worth a visit. Also the night food market across the street. If you're fond of Northern Thai food, look for Porwa, two streets away.

What a little gem of a hotel this is. We’re a couple in our 50’s and we stayed here for 3 nights before going to Krabi. The room was lovely and clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning good, shower pressure good and water hot. Breakfast and coffee was great in the morning. You even got freshly made eggs, anyway you wanted them cooked. We actually have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We got the Airport train link to Phaya Thai station (45 thb) which truly is a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Location was perfect and area felt very safe. Thank you for looking after us and being so friendly.

In short:The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is excellent—1-2 minutes walk to Phaya Thai BTS & Airport Rail Link, Pratunam night market at 15 min walkNow detailed:Pros:1. Boutique hotel! beautifully designed2. Totally quiet and clean (which were a must for us)3. Superb location: airport train (Airport rail link) + BTS skytrain, and Pratunam4. Super comfy, all amenities provided (except cabinets unfortunately)5. Pratunam market not far (15 min walk), same with MBK (3 sky train stations) as well as many restaurants and massage shops around6. Good private day trips with taxi available - I strongly recommend Michel. We went for a day trip to Ayuttaya (2,500 thb) and another day to Pattaya/the Sanctuary of truth (3,500 thb)..truly Amazing .7. Good breakfast but no cheese nor espresso/cappuccino :-(8. Many electric sockets (I counted 6) to charge all your devices9. Again, good soundproofing (while there's nothing you can do with shouting shouting kids or neighbors which fortunately we did not experience)Cons:1. No Cabinets nor shelves to lay your clothes on (you have to leave your stuff in your suitcase)2. TV - No available good channels, you must use your own subscriptions with Netflix, Disney, amazon prime etc...Bottom lineGood price for the value and recommended, although some smiles from the staff would have been a nice touch and welcome.

Seamless check-in. Lovely kind staff. Great breakfast. Perfect cool pool for hot days. Comfortable room. Great water pressure in the shower. Very close proximity to BTS, and an easy walk to MBK, Paragon and stop #1 of the hop on hop off elephant tours bus.

We stayed there 3 nights, the room is spacious and they offer many services. Small choice for breakfast, but quite good.The goal is the staff: so kind and helpful!Recommended
