    A clean, comfortable hotel, ideal for overnighting in Bangkok. There is a pool and restaurant, plus shuttle service to and from the airport.

    The Hotel cost cheap, 15min to airport, and it has a nice botanical yard, right beside a canal, nice view, but the room is disgusting, it’s dirty, you would see there are kind of yellow sauce on the door of the bathroom, all the wall in the room are dirty, smell mouldy,you could hear neighbours tv, there were mosquitos, anyway I couldn’t sleep..

    Down a dark alley near a busy and dangerous road. The pool needs a clean and the room was poor, clean but shabby bathroom with electric shower which had attachments which didn’t fit properly. I don’t expect the Madarin Oriental at this money but I’d never stay here again. Also 200baht per room shuttle to the airport. Don’t waste your time.

    Aranta Airport hotel is well located close to the Airport. The rooms with a balcony overlook a pool. The rooms without balcony overlook a corrugated roof - these are okay for overnight stays. The hotel offers a pleasant setting with good sized rooms which are clean & quiet. The onsite restaurant or online food delivery means one can have a convenient meal with choices. The nearest shops are a 15 minutes walk.The cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful. The cleaning & room service staff made our stay enjoyable. The staff at the reception are mixed : Some smile, are welcoming and helpful whilst some have a bored, indifferent look. There is also a gentleman who sits to one side of the reception area - never smiles, never welcomes just grumpy. Then a hi-so showed up for dinner one evening in an expensive car - whilst I waited for a Grab delivery. This grumpy manager I think (who sits to one side of the check-in & acknowledges nobody) jumped out of his seat sooo sooo fast and raced to the parking area to welcome the visitors. So this kind of selective behaviour can put customers off. If your going to sit in the check-in area or to one side of reception it helps to smile & greet at customers.The hotel charges THB 100 for early check-in. Its understandable if a guest shows up 3 hours or more earlier. I arrived 1 hour earlier at 1 p.m, instead if 2 p.m and was hit with a THB 100 fee for early check-in OR I was given the choice of sitting in reception till 2 p.m (like one is in school waiting for the 2 p.m bell !). After check-in I learned that less thsn half the rooms had occupants. The amount of THB 100- by itself may seem insignificant. The THB 100- early check in (for less than 3 hours and in my case just 1 hour) speaks to an attitude which squeezes customers for money wherever possible. It makes customers feel unwelcome esp. since no other airport hotels are treating guests in this way. This fee is petty & displays small time greed ! Even the Novotrl & Mandarin fon't fine people for showing up an hour to 3 hours early !!

    A small hotel very close to the main airport in Bangkok, useful for late arrivsl or departures the following day … however while having 2 x swimming pools and a great location in a small river some issues must be solved in my opinion… 😊Some customers might wish to have s massage after a lkng flight but prices are far too expensive for the hotel; breakfast is not so good, especially as food is cold (eggs, rice, etc); the room I stayed was very good in size but no soap in bathroom as you have to get it from the shower cubicle is not the best…Pro is they have their iwn driver/shittle for THB200 from/to airport (approx 10/15 mins away; staff is very friendly and good; some rooms have got direct swimming pool access; location outside is great if you have not been in this area of Bangkok with night market, a large mall walking distance etcThats all!
