    Low maintained rooms darkness amd smell of leakage

    The rooms at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit are quite disappointing due to poor maintenance and overall upkeep. The interiors feel old and worn out, with visible signs of damage such as leakage issues and poorly repaired fittings. The lighting in the rooms is inadequate, making them appear dark and uninviting, which adds to a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere. A major concern is the unpleasant smell, likely caused by dampness or plumbing leakage, which affects the overall stay experience. While the hotel may benefit from a good location, the condition of the rooms does not meet expectations and could significantly impact comfort for guests

    Don't go by d photos u see online,this s probably the worst hotel v ve stayed in..no luggage assistance even fr senior citizens. poor infrastructure, broken,dirty tiles,poor hygiene. There ws no water in d bathroom fr 2 days..asked fr refund ,wanted to leave this place,said ..not possible..breakfast ws cold,inspite of repeated requests..4 star rating s a farce

    Good location, Rooms are ok, but old.Lobby area does not vibrant, amenities are ok.Food is so bad, they do not have their own restaurant, tied up with adjacent restaurant for breakfast. Quality of breakfast is too bad can't have it.Staff services are good .. not wort for value
