    The experience of home coming at Arcadia

    The staffs were all so kind and helpful. This is a five star experience and the rooms and bed are so nice. I rested well too. Breakfast is good and friendly for vegetarians too with fruits, rice, eggs, salads, yogurt and nice tha desserts etc. Extremely thankful for Earn and Kelvin for their hospitality too.     Mr T was very welcoming and helpful with tranportation. JJ also was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and tranportation. All people were very welcoming. Breakfest was really good and with good diversity.

    We have had a wonderful stay, the suite was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. Nat was so kind and helpful, he even sorted a private driver for our excursion day which was fantastic!Highly recommend here as a place to stay

    Warm stay in Arcadia!

    Booked the 2 bedrooms suite for 4 pax, room was spacious and clean. The hotel does show signs of wear and tear but overall decent. Service staffs were all very chatty, approachable and welcoming. However, there were a few harmless suggestions from the staffs to consider their 'friend' - a taxi driver permanently parked near the hotel. We travelled everywhere with Bolt/Grab so didn't feel the need to take the ride but the staff was ok about it, guess they were trying to help their 'friend'.Breakfast was decent with different options of eggs and comforting porridge and some small dishes. The hotel provided tuk tuk (or a car if the tuk tuk is down) to Ploenchit BTS or Central Embassy but I recall there was a few hours on Sunday where the service is unavailable. We decided to walk out which is very manageable IF the weather is not overly hot or wet. Will not recommend to walk at night as it is a 10mins walk with very dim environment and unstable pebbery lane. Overall the hotel and room has a dim kind of lighting which makes it tough for make up but the room is very cosy. They provide 2 bottles of free water daily. All is all, it was a great stay and the price point is good. The only complain I have (which is just me or any light sleeper) is that the air conditioning system produces a rather loud beeping sound all through the night which I needed to wear my ear plugs in order to sleep. It didn't impact any of my other room mates though. Fortunately our room is not facing the street either because I chanced upon a open door room facing the street and it was rather noisy with the traffic. I will certainly still opt for Arcadia if I need a suite with multiple rooms!
