    Arte Hotel is centrally located, yet slightly set back in a quiet area, which makes it both convenient and peaceful at the same time.The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight.I have stayed here three times already and will most likely stay here again on my next visit.

    The hotel has a really good ambiance—calm, cozy, and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. I also love how accessible the location is; it’s just a short walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping malls. Everything we needed was within reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the excellent service!

    The room is gorgeous, a huge room! I'm however disappointed on my third night here, when I started to realise and take note more closely of how housekeeping was done for my room. The room was made to seem like it had been cleaned (cleaned out trash, new towels), that was about it.How I know that:- Strands of my hair which was left on the bed, were still there! Unmoved! - Shower soap (Shower gel & Shampoo) that was "locked" the wall was not refilled when low or empty- Also the device holding the shower gel and shampoo, was falling apart everywhere.Hotel Location:- Great, 10 - 15min walk from Asok BTSHotel Staff- Special shout-out to the night shift staffs for being so attentive and so friendly to help with small requests (eg. Doors opening, requesting for utensils etc) always so helpful and kind. I love their energy for being there to assist any time.Will I return? Maybe not so much, the reason why, because of the shower temperature is mostly burning how no matter how much you try to adjust to the cold water, if not it's too cold. There's no "just right" temperature.

    Nice hotel with friendly service. We were not satisfied with our room first night according issues with AC air quality and hotel was full booked so we got another room next day. They still tried to repair problem which was good. Hotel had good breakfast with nice service. Infinitypool on roof is the best i have had this far. They should clean glasswall around it.
