    I stayed here many times during January and February 2026. Probably 3 weeks on and off. It was easily the best of the budget hotels I stayed in whilst in Bangkok. The rooms were clean, modern and quiet. The location could not have been better.

    More of a hotel for single guys or couples who want to go out and party, can be noisy facing soi 7 because of the bars.if you don't mind the music and party sound hotels on soi 11 are quieter.Staff were friendly and room seemed clean towels changed daily.Smokers couches out front on porch.

    The rooms smell like raw sewerage and dampness. We were declined a refund after going to the room and almost being sick. There is no ventilation in corridors or stairs. Its vile utterly vile! No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Mould in showers, black mould in a/c system. Windows are so dirty you cannot see out of them. An abomination of an establishment!

    Lovely hotel room - exceptionally quiet - no street noise at all. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful - especially Tan on reception. Great location for the centre of Bangkok with loads of restaurants & shopping close by & great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

    Price follow the quality. Very poor service. I payed 500 tbh for an early check in. Found out I booked the wrong hotel. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but chose to leave the morning on the 2. night well aware that I had to pay for 2 nights. I kindly asked if the 500 tbh early check in could be payed back, now that I didn’t stay the 2. day and would leave early. I got the explanation that it couldn’t be done, because of the policy from Booking.com. And that’s not true. It’s goes directly to the hotel. IT’S not the 500 tbh it’s the arrogance and poor service. The rooms and everything seems old and not the cleanest, but it’s also a cheep hotel. But take care here.
