    Although there this is located in a decent area, it is far from perfect. Even grab drivers struggle to find it. The main complaint I have after staying for a week is that I was charged 1500฿ (50$) for laundry that was advertised as free.Additionally the residents are rude and if you want any assistance the front desk will ask you to wait for the cleaning ladies and can not be bothered to assist you.

    The apartment was small and well divided.The living room and kitchen are separate by a sliding door from the bedroom and bathroom.The negative point are:The cleanness and the "cold" welcome.The staff even do not mind when we said that we have problem to find the location because the coordinate on booking.com are not accurate.Performing the check-in on the basement floor (the office is adiacent to the parking lot), we were welcome by a cockroach that was layinig dead on the floor near the desk (it staid there minimum for half day).Also the room were not really cleaned above all the living room end the dining table.The provided pans cannot be used because already scratched (Teflon paint is toxic).If you have small child make sure properly lock the terrace door because the terrace is not safe for the child (they can easily pass by the spaces or climb the wall terrace like steps).The swimming pool is good for advertising the resort but the sun never shines on it.It was complicated to reach the resort due the heavy traffic of the area.

    Newly service apartment behind Thonglor main road

    Pros. Newly open, spaciousness room, comfy bed, roof top driving range is a plus.Cons.one of the front desk officer with poor attitude towards to kids (mostly they're nice & friendly), distance from main street lack of traffic, extreme shortage of parking space even outside the apartment, we were exhausted of moving the cars day/night. Little bit overpriced compare with others.Bad soundproof Wrap up: So far not too bad.

    Terrible Services, Inconvenient Location

    The title say it all. I had stay here for 4 nights, the location is difficult to find even with the help of grab taxi. The service of staff at the counter is terrible, no smiling face, ask about the shuttle service, she just turn the leaflet to us without spilling out a word. Have fixed schedule for Shuttle Tuk-tuk service, but not much tenant using this (seem like most of them in short-term lease with their own vehicle). Have to inform the counter that you need the shuttle service or else they will just cancel it off without informing. Call for grab to change accommodation when we check out, the driver took another 15 mins to locate us. Not much traffic around the hotel, no 7-11, no food, no mall around the area by walking. Good point: Room is spacious, with kitchen, dining table, living room. Proper partition to separate living area and bedroom. Quiet swimming pool area is nice. Revamp is required with proper service, then it will be all good.

    Room was clean and big, interior design was nice and modern. TV has a lot of International channels, loving the very comfy bed and upgraded toilet😄.
