    I was not impressed by the staff. Yesterday, I asked to have a towel for the pool and they did not have anything so they give me a towel to use in the shower.This morning, I went at the reception to book for a taxi and have breakfast. The lady: Ahattiko, while she was serving me, she dealt with 2 other people. The outside room (so called: 'balcony') of my bedroom is dirty with leaves since the day I came. Staff does not understand English very well!!Now I need to wait at 10am to be helped by the manager!! Today is my lasr day! What an experience!!!

    Stayed for 1 night as I was flying out of the airport the next day. Yes the hotel was very old and very basic, but no point in listing any faults as it was what was expected for the price. Certainly not a hotel you would stay at for any length of time. It did have a fairly good swimming pool though and the fridge was better than the usual hotel one.

    Good price and location, but the hotel did not match our expectations. The reviews and foto's were good, but they were really old. Nowadays the hotel doesn't match a 4 star rating anymore. The room was not clean, the bed sheets were ripped and there was mold in the bathroom. Also the bathroom door looked like a cup of coffee was smashed against it. We were glad we only had to stay there for one night.

    The staff are always smiling and the service is great, rooftop pool and restaurant. Fully equipped gym. Spacious room with soft mattress and quality linen. 3 english movies channels. One of the best value for price hotels in Bangkok

    Swadee kha! The room is really nice and clean. When we go to thailand I always choice b-your home hotel because all staff really good. Place for me like home. We happy visit again in thailand and See you again next year. Maraming slamat po. Carmelita and jim ❤🇵🇭🇳🇿
