Disappointed with My Stay

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff were not helpful, and the manager was especially rude and unprofessional, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When we arrived, the room felt stressful and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable.The hotel was also noisy due to disturbances from other rooms, making it hard to relax.The breakfast was unsatisfactory, with very limited options and poor quality — it felt like a waste of money.I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

best place to stay close to the Bangkok city

We Stay 5 nights there when we stay and explore around Bangkok in thailand. this hotel is very close to the night markets and other shopping areas. just in front of the Indra market. room size is quite good for spend the night and it has everything to make tea and coffee and washroom facilitated with hot water and breakfast buffet was awesome and good spared of foods and nice view on the city we can see from the hotel restaurant area

Room was ok as per price and location. Check inn process is very professional. Will only provide check inn at 2 pm.. not a minute before Location is perfect if looking for shopping and nearby Indian restaurant.Indra square market just few steps away...

The perfect example of expectation vs reality in photos. I regret not reading the reviews before booking in this hotel. The front desk staff should undergo an intensive training on how to deal with guests. The only good thing about this hotel is the helpful bellman, housekeeping staff and proximity to shopping malls. For the rooms, it is kind of dark and creepy to be honest. The hotel is not senior citizen or person with disability friendly due to the configuration of the elevator stops. Also, the hotel has a distinct smell (very musty)

Room is a little small and quite average.Safe locker was broken so we couldn't keep use it.Key card holder also didn't work some times,so we had trouble getting power back to the room.Hotel is very close to most of the shopping malls and markets.on breakfast buffet they served same food everyday.
