The rooms were newly renovated, I have been staying at Baiyoke Sky Hotel multiple times and their standard has never dropped. Nice hotel with good location.

Baiyoke location is perfect for shopping lover..Platinum fashion mall is at walking distance. Indian restaurants are all around the hotel. It is tallest building of Thailand and you can go to 84th floor and from there you get Bangkok view from a rotating deck and that's awesome experience. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Ground floor and near by is crowded due to local markets.They offer variety of food in BF both Intercontinental and Indian. Taste is good but can be improved. Staffs are very friendly and guide you everywhere.Welcome drink was good. Worst hotel ever

1-Star ReviewOur stay at Baiyoke sky Hotel, Bangkok, was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.We checked in on 15 June 2026 for a 2-night stay and were scheduled to check out on 17 June 2026. We arrived at around 9:40 PM. As soon as we entered the hotel, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the lobby. We initially ignored it, hoping it was limited to the common areas.Unfortunately, the room was even worse. The entire room had a foul smell, making it very uncomfortable. When we picked up the drinking glasses to have some water, we found cockroaches underneath them. We then noticed cockroaches on the bed and inside the bathroom as well. The room was extremely unhygienic.We could not stay there for more than 15 minutes. We immediately left the hotel with our family and searched for another place to stay. We ended up booking The Berkeley Hotel for the next two nights at our own expense.Later, we returned to Baiyoke sky Hotel to check out and reported everything to the night manager. We showed him the photographs of the cockroaches.The night manager was rude and unhelpful, and the overall attitude of the staff was disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the photos shown online.I am also attaching photos of the cockroaches as proof.I would strongly advise families and other travelers to avoid this hotel if cleanliness and hygiene are important to them.Very disappointing experience. Staff was very cooperative specially Mr. Siripong at the reception. Overall nice stay.
