Location

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Bangkok and lies surrounded by wholesale shops selling various kinds of goods. It is within walking distance of the Patip Plaza Computer Complex, the Siam Paragon, Siam Square, the MBK (Mah Boon Krong) shopping centre and the Four Faces Buddha. Suvarnabhumi Airport is just 30 minutes away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 255 suites located in a 43-storey main building and a 255-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     FIRE EMERGENCY - HOTEL REFUSING REFUND FOR UNSAFE STAY

    On Jan 27, we had to evacuate due to a major fire (I have video footage of the fire engines/rescue teams). We checked out immediately for our safety. Since then, the hotel (specifically Reservation Manager Jaruwan B. and AFOM Paveena) has been ignoring our refund request, trapped in a loop with Booking.com. It is disgraceful to ignore guests who were put in danger. Do not stay here if you value safety or professional service. Booking ID:5924062890

    Worst hotel experience in Bangkok.We left the hotel at 10:00 AM and returned at 2:00 PM, only to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. We immediately called reception and were told that housekeeping would be sent. To give them time, we went to the swimming pool.When we returned, the room was still dirty. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to provide proper service.We then went to the reception to complain, where the situation became even worse. The receptionist was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior was shocking, especially in Bangkok, a city well known for its hospitality, courtesy, and respect toward guests. unfortunately payment as already been done otherwise we would have moved to another hotelPoor housekeeping, broken promises, and rude staff make this hotel a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many hotels in Bangkok that truly value their guests—this is not one of them.

    Baiyoke Suite Hotel location is fantastic, and there are no opportunities to claim otherwise. The hotel is rather old, and the basin drainage in our room is partially choked. The air con temperature also took quite some time to cool down. Breakfast can be further improved a little since there isn't any dessert section. Finally, based on the location, this hotel is valued for money and a good place to stay.

    Reception agents kind good but the bell boy ask tips so many times while we dont have thai currency at the moment. The place is like a horror movie. Old building. No towels provided later gave when we ask. The place is 0/10 i regret to be here.
