23 junior suites, 188 single rooms and 459 double rooms are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     If overwriting concern is price, not service or convenient access to downtown Bangkok. Then this hotel is probably it...

    The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are dated and with things in need of repairs. My room's AC thermostat wasn't functioning properly, the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged up, and pillows that guaranteed sore necks in the morning. The location is inconvenient as it's about 20 minutes outside of Bangkok downtown tourist area. Most of all, except for the wait staff in the restaurant, the rest of the service personnel was not that good. In particular, the daytime woman Asst. Manager, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to let hotel guest's visitors to go up in the room and stated that they must stay in the lobby only, and I'm talking about a friend visitor not a visiting sex worker. This hotel has a cheap price for a reason, as it's unlikely they'll get lots of happy repeat customers.

    We stayed at this hotel in Bangkok for a couple days on our SEA tour which was awesome before and after this stay! The two star rating I'm giving doesn't reflect the physical hotel which could be a 4 star plus hotel, it's a reflection of the staff and management. The staff ranged from unfriendly/unwelcoming to downright rude. I don't know if they dislike Americans or are just rude to everyone but I would advise my fellow Americans if you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Bangkok go ahead and skip this place.

    Cozy 3 star hotel in Bangkok. Average taste, standard rooms, ok service, nice views. Has swimming pool and gym. Buffet breakfast and lunch is available. Popular with group tours. Twin bed rooms are available. Parking is free. Conveniently located.

    Good hotel for a short stay!

    Hotel is of a nice standard, the rooms are of good standard and a good size.The hotel is separated into 2 buildings and unless you upgrade your more than likely out into the older building, no problem though as rooms are still nice and the walk to the main building (containing breakfast bar, gym and pool) takes 2 minutes.The swimming pool and gym located of the 5th floor are also a good positive of this hotel. Upon check in you are made to pay a 1000 Baht deposit for your key (even though the key is just a card and not a physical key)Breakfast is of a good standard with both Thai and international options.
