  I stayed here many time. Quiet place with swimming pool, big room, good wifi. 15 min walk from mrt phra ram 9, many local restaurants around, just the perfect place to stay out of too touristic places like sukumvit or kho san road.

  Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning a mini fridge and a balcony. There is also a swimming pool to get refresh after a crazy day in Bangkok. The hotel is very clean and the area is nice. A lot of little local restaurant to go with and also more international restaurant where you can find expatriated people. You have also a big mall nearby. The problem of this hotel is the service. The reception is boring and does not the smile. It does what you ask him for but he is not warm and friendly. This hostel is also completely classic with no style. To resume, you will have a good stay but nothing special will make your stay memorable.

  Solid Value, Clean + Spacious Rooms

  Booked this place last-minute and was pleasantly surprised. We normally stay closer to the city center but the reviews for this place (not on this site, another one) were positive so we went for it. The location is a little out of the way but everything you could possibly want (restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, huge shopping malls, metro station, etc. can all be reached in 15 minutes of walking or less. The grounds are well-lit and immaculate and the rooms are spacious and pristine. The housekeeping service was also excellent (we have a baby and a toddler along and they did a number on the room.)I've read through some of the other reviews and our experience has been somewhat similar regarding the front desk staff. They are polite and smiley, but everyone we've dealt with speaks very little English and aren't overly motivated to help out. Here's my take: if you are an experienced traveler and/or somewhat familiar with Bangkok and you are handy with apps like Uber, Foodpanda, etc. this place is for you. If you are new to traveling or new to Thailand and hope to use the front desk as a concierge service to book taxis, give directions, make recommendations and generally function as a lifeline, don't book here; spend $10 or $20 more a night and stay at a place with a travel desk and concierge service. Lots of great options around town in that price range.

  Clean, quiet, but service needs to be improved

  I spent two nights in hotel Resort when I visited Bangkok last week. The location is close to the local small restaurants and marts, 7 Eleven, and it's a walking distance to Central Plazza. Even it is not a tourist area, it's still nice to see the people around walking and selling. As my Thai language is terrible, so it was a bit hard to communicate with few staff in this report, yet they tried to make the things right. I loved the indoor swimming pool there after a hot walk around. It is a small property with 20+ rooms and there is no interesting service there. It seemed like there is no restaurant, pool and small gym and few staff walking there. There is a parking area that people can park their own vehicles. i still doubt how they could classify this property as a resort (I might be wrong), as there was nothing, but sleeping and swimming. The name with Garden, but no garden at all. Anyway, it is hard to recommend to the one who knows well the meaning of Resort and loves doing fun.

  Very clean. New place.just one year. There is a gym a swimming pool and free wifi. Beautiful place but a little expensive. Also a parking for car and motorcycle. Very close to Mrt Pra Ram 9 and Esplanade.
