    Good price, but noise from all vehicles

    The room rate is quite cheap and including good breakfast. the room is close to the street so, you can hear the sound of all vehicles from the rooms. Convenient areas as it close to 7-11 and street foods.

    Dear Everyone, Let me complain about Bed By Cruise Hotel at Samakkhi Tivanont, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was different from what was described on the catalog page,The bathroom was dirty. The parking lot was so awful that most of the stuff fell from the roof deck of the hotel and hit the windshield of our car.  But the hotel was irresponsible. Claims that the CCTV camera was broken, despite the receptionist informed us that after observed at the CCTV camera, there was a strong wind blowing objects falling onto the windshield of our car.  But the hotel refused to compensate for damages to warn everyone not to stay at this hotel at all.  Hotel owner, manager, reception staff, admin page without common sense  no responsibility Terrible Service. 😤😠😡🤬👣

    We tried to find a hotel which is not too far from IMPACT Arean, so we came here coz it's only 8 km (15 min. by car) from Impact. We didn't expect that much and we were surprised. Actually the building seems to be old but it was completely renovated. Rooms are nice and clean and well equipped with Flatscreen TV a, fridge, build in furniture, free and huge parking, etc. We had a family room (for 4 person) which is like an apartment room with 2 different bed rooms and a small public room good for having coffee all together, 3 aircons, etc. For 2,200 Baht per night a really good deal.2 bottles of water are free and for a can of coke the hotel charge only 15 Baht. The only disadvantage was, that the hotel is located on a very busy main road and the cheap aluminium windows (Thai style windows) cannot protect from the noise coming from the road. They should use PVC double glass windows instead. But whatsoever, if we come back to the Impact Arena we will come back to this hotel.

    Staff cant understand simple english..they do not have complimentary water..you need to keep reminding them about that..not tourist friendly hotel..no translation in english..far from the airport 40km i think..from airport to samakki road 400thai bhat..pantry was not open 24hrs..good thing is convinient store is near..hotel lobby is nice but when you go up its a bit creepy on the corridor..specially when i found out that..that building was an old building and just newly renovated :p
