  a nice place to stay. we spent 5 nights here while traveling around the city and other parts of Bangkok. good breakfast, nice bed and linens, nice front desk - helpful. there is a great massage place across the street - palace massage. i would recommend this hotel as its close to everything you need.

  Great, clean and friendly hotel. We stayed a total of 5 nights while in Bangkok. Get to know the BTS sky train system and you can maneuver the town quickly.Mr. O is very hospitable and informative upon arrival and the other staff offer AMAZING service during your stay. The rooms are good size and the air conditioning works great (believe me...this is a thing). The bar staff during happy hour were so cheerful and sweet...I loved them all. Yes, stay here and enjoy being treated like a queen.

  Quiet and safe hotel choice

  We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is located down a short driveway from the street so it can be easy to walk past. Within several blocks are many ATMs, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, a shopping mall, skytrain station and massage salons. Our room on the 7th floor was quiet with a small refrigerator, safe, decent A/C and plenty of space to store our belongings. The bathroom had face cloths and had a walk-in shower which was really good except that it had to be stepped up to enter which could be tricky in the dark. The hotel Wi-Fi was slow and didn’t work at all the final day on the 7th floor despite being reported to the front desk in the morning. We did like that electrical outlets were located between the beds but there were so many light switches that it was difficult to remember what lights that each controlled. We had breakfast included each morning at the ground floor restaurant which had several buffet stations and some items did change each day. The ground floor bar also offers a happy hour from 4-6pm daily with 2 for 1 cocktails and buy 2, get 1 free beers.

  The staff at Bizotel is exceptional. My cellphone was stolen while touring the city (no fault of the hotel.) When they found out the went way above and beyond what I ever would have expected. First, Udi (sp?) took time out of his personal schedule to drive me to the police station and help with communication with the police while they filed a report. (The police were exceptional as well.) Also, Boss tracked my phone for hours and called places outside of Bangkok where it appeared the thief was staying. He was even able to obtain photos from security cameras at a restaurant where they went. Although I never recovered my phone (it ended up in China), it seemed that the entire staff at the hotel was aware and Boss and Udi were so helpful. That won my allegiance to the hotel. But, more importantly to most people, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast had lots to offer and was quite good. Great location and good massages and restaurants nearby. Overall it's an excellent place to stay.

  Great location, close to metro,great food and a park. Nice size rooms offers really great value. Wonderful selection for breakfast buffet,from fresh fruit ,cold cuts and cheese (which is rare in Thailand), to great selection hot dishes and pastries. Wonderful ,very attentive and accommodating service. Hotel is bit tucked in away from the street,which makes more peaceful. Highly recommend!
