Location

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Bangkok's business district. Getting around the city will be very convenient with the BTS SkyTrain, which has its station just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel doorstep. With the hotel's prime location, the shopping facilities, restaurants and nightlife entertainment can all be found just nearby. It is a 35-minute journey to and from the airport by BTS SkyTrain.

Facility

12 suites and 42 single rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The apartment hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, aerobics, a spa and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a bar and a pub. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Spacious suite with rooftop pool, but worn

    We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Suite with one bedroom at The Bless Hotel & Residence. The suite was very spacious, with a large separate bedroom that even had its own air-conditioning unit – a detail I appreciated. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with plenty of loungers and even shaded spots, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly, and it was convenient that I could leave my luggage after check-out.However, the property feels quite worn and could use more attention to detail. The view was not pleasant (best to keep the curtains closed), the bed had a visible defect, and the bed linen was torn – things that shouldn’t be overlooked, regardless of the hotel’s age. The suite also had a small kitchen, which is practical, but everything is minimal – just two spoons, two forks, two plates. Energetically, the space felt a little tired, as if it had not been refreshed in a long while.Overall: good value for money if you need a spacious suite in Bangkok and appreciate the rooftop pool. But for a place to truly feel uplifted, some care and renewal of the details would make a big difference.

    Dark and damp rooms, uncomfortable beds.The views are horrible, and they overlooked a building, which forces you to close the curtain for privacy.Finally, they stole a power bank. Since I left it there, I asked them if they could please send it to an address (I'd moved to another city) and I'd pay the shipping costs. They lied to me, intending to keep it and not send it. I found out the shipping cost, but they simply stopped responding. I don't recommend it.

    The beds were comfortable, not so hard and no so soft. The hotel room was big enough for us to store two luggage. The hotel room was clean. door lock with special feature, that is a reminder when the door was not locked properly. The only Con was limited toiletries. We were unlucky that the swimming pool was not available due to maintenance.

    Very nice Hotel. Location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Very close to the BTS. Restaurants in the area are all very good with a good variety of what ever your taste. The hotel is close to shopping malls and parks not to mention in the hart of the entertainment district

    We stayed in room 418 and it was a quiet room, which was great as that's what we had asked for. The shower pressure was good and it was very clean. Location was excellent - close to everything but down an alley so it wasn't too noisy. The pool was nice as well. We would have stayed there again on our way back to the UK but it wasn't available. Only downside was the pillows - they were enormous and very hard, which didn't make for a comfortable sleep. We asked for some better ones but were told there weren't any, so ended up covering the cushions with our own pillowcases and sleeping on those instead.
