    Hotel is beautiful but becareful that receptionist makes scamm. They are requesting deposit and cash only ..There is grey hair tall 30-40 year-old receptionist swapes the money with fake one .When I left the hotel he gave me my deposit back with suspected eyes .I realised it airport that $100 note is fake that he gave me .So becareful guys with the hotels requesting cash deposit.

    We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was basic, but did the job! Pool area was quite nice, our room was always clean. Slight issue with hot water staying consistent but that’s ok. Aircon worked wellLocation was great, close to sky trainBreakfast was very average, probably wouldn’t eat there again

    This hotel is quite beautiful, big, and everything is newly replaced. They also have a gym and beautiful designs with many art pieces around. The most important thing is the cleanliness. The housekeepers may not speak English, but it's okay because the reception staff knows how to communicate. It's spacious, clean, and near Bitec, so you can walk instead of calling a taxi during rush hours

    Our room were on the high floor & quiet albeit facing the city.Check-in/out was smooth. The staffs were friendly & helpful.Stayed for 2 nights only then switched hotel to be near to the city centre.10mins walk to the Skywalk where BTS Bang-na is located but there is free shuttle daily until 10am, too.

    We had to stay there for a week.... front desk staff were very nice and very helpful. The hotel is in good location close to the market, surrounded by many street restaurants and only 8 mins walk to BTS and Bitec Bangna. The bed & pillow were comfy, WiFi is good enough. What we didn’t like that it was noisy street every early morning, it was loud even we stayed on 9th floor. Room service menu had enough selections, quick service and Pad Kra Pao chicken with rice was the best in those area.
