    Stayed here for a full 7 hours. Happy that they don’t bother about deposits, which is an annoying Thai habit. The room was great. The hospitality outstanding. I wouldn’t call it exclusive apbut rather as descent..     Great hotel close to the airport (but not too close).good breakfast and free airport shuttle

    Only stayed for 1 night whilst transferring to the airport. Lovely clean room and friendly reception staff. Free shuttle to the airport was great. Didn't use the pool but it did look very nice . Nice view from our room. Breakfast was fantastic, restaurant very clean and nicely set out, variety of food was great. Will definitely book again when using the airport.     The hotel sprawls across 6 buildings. I quite liked this, except that some of the connections are not under cover. Being back in building D was nice and quiet, while near the pool, but had to get wet getting to reception when leaving. Seems weird that they couldn't be bothered covering the walkway.The restaurant looked nice, but overpriced even with 10% off, given the hotel is surrounded by little local restaurants that are quite cheap. There's also a market across the road with a wide variety of snacks, burgers, roti, foods of all kinds.The pool was nice, but has extremely slippery tiles. Strange, as I've seen exactly the same tile pattern at another hotel but the surface wasn't dangerous like that.The whole hotel area looked good for wheelchair access.     Awful hotel, miss inform you all the time. Do not book here !!!4 hours of free airport shuttle in the morning that’s it. Tell you there areas to freshen up to shower etc before your flight if you use the pool, there isn’t. Management was not helpful or kind.     Good hotel for stopover before travelling

    Nice hotel with huge bed - very comfortable and clean . Free shuttle to airport only 3 times a day.
