From check in to check out, my experience at Carlton was top notch. The front desk staff were very pleasant and courteous and took great care of me. Honorable mention to Ball, one of the staff in the lobby who would greet me daily with a smile and took initiative to offer help when needed.The room was what you'd expect from a 5 star, spacious, modern and well appointed. Location was excellent, a short walk to both the MRT and BTS. Also, plenty of food carts in the surrounding streets for a quick noodle breakfast for under a couple bucks. Would 1000000% stay here again and plan to on my next trip to BKK.

Randomly found this place by incident but the service and everything was amazing. The service from Khun Junive (June) was superb. She explained cocktails and promotion very well, not even her but everyone in this Bar was attentive as well.

We’ve stayed at the Carlton a few times and we love it! This was the first time we did the Carlton Club and I would highly recommend. Immy, Baiwan, Aim, Enzo, Bae and Ploy were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Carlton in Bangkok and Mai looked after us so well.It was my 60th birthday celebrations and Mai surprised us with an upgrade as well as a beautiful welcome.I definitely recommend staying here. It’s close to shops and also transport.The staff are so lovely.
