  I don't want to repeat my experience with this hotel

  My rating for this hotel is 2*. The facilities are not excellent but clean and cozy. The breakfast was OK.Btw my full experience with this hotel was nightmarish. We travelled as a company of 4 persons, booked 2 rooms and paid for them. I planned to stay here with my friends for one night before a flight to Siem Reap.We arrived to Casa Residence Hotel at 11pm and were very tired after a flight from Tokyo. The receptionist said that we had to pay for ONE room! But our reservation was fully paid and I showed him our vouchers and receipts. He did not listen to us and told again the hotel got money only for one room. After long and hard debates I finally got my key at 5am!!! It was disgusting because we had to go to Don Mueang at 7am.

  Very clean rooms, comfy beds

  Stayed here for 4 nights. Room 68. Very clean room, fairly good size. Nice toiletries provided. Good comfy beds. OK breakfast, not the greatest of choice but not the worst. Only real problem was the bathroom could do with a shelf above the toilet as not enough storage space for toothbrushes and shaving gear. Our roo only had the mirror in the bathroom which wasn't convient to use, ehen talking to others tbey had a full length mirror. On the whole a good experience and friendly staff.

  Great Hotel for Layover or Short Term

  My wife and I had to take renew her Thai passport so spent two nights in Bangkok. This hotel is just a few blocks from Thai immigration, so it was very handy. It's also a short cab ride from Don Muang Airport. The hotel itself is very clean, the service is good, and the rooms, while small, are very comfortable and quiet. I especially liked the rainfall showerhead. Two small drawbacks...the hotel is not easy to find and taxi drivers aren't familiar with it, so make sure to have Google maps or GPS handy. The other is the "included" breakfast. Edible, but not great. The tiny restaurant is only open for breakfast, so you'll need to walk around to find restaurants, of which there are plenty close by. When you come out of the hotel, turn left and walk a long block. You'll find a night market, 7-11, and a couple of Thai restaurants. At the 7-11, turn right and there are a few more restaurants up that way. Should I have to visit immigration again, I would have no problem staying here once more.

  If you're looking for a cheap, interim hotel near DMK, this is it.

  I rated this hotel as excellent. This is not because it has amazing amenities or entertainment or a 5-star restaurant, but because they are good at what they do.15 of my friends and family members came to Thailand from the US for my wedding in December 2017. The wedding was in Ubon Ratchathani, and we planned to travel to Krabi and Chiang Mai after our big day.I arranged to stay at Casa Residence with my guests for two nights before we flew to Ubon, another night before we flew to Krabi, and a final night after we returned from Chiang Mai.The hotel was very helpful and competent in helping us book this complicated trip. They allowed us to leave our bags while we were gone, and were very good to us when we stayed with them.The rooms are good for a solid night's sleep and the breakfast isn't bad. It's a quick ride to the airport too. You can also take a quick stroll to several restaurants, convenience stores, atms, and an unsuspectingly delicious street market. There's a place that serves rad-na and some other noodle dishes late night in front of the 7/11. The food was great and they were extremely friendly and courteous.The only problem is that taxis in the area are very picky. They don't seem to want to take passengers with luggage. Our only headache was managing transportation to the airport with so many people. I would advise you to book a van service to get you to the airport if you're traveling with a large group and luggage. It's worth the money.

  No wifi, bad smell, mosquitoes, low water pressure.

  stayed with family and young children in casa residence suites. Wifi signal very bad cannot connect at all, even though I have 4G network in my mobile but in this apartment no signals of 4G. First we entered in the room feel very unpleasant smell, next a huge number of mosquitoes welcome us, the bedroom were narrow and double bed, in there website written king size bed. The bathroom also very narrow feel suffocation inside, in bathroom water pressure very low sometimes OK, low specially in morning time. The guy provide us wifi password and went, but WIFi was not working at all in my 03 night stayed. There is no iron ( website written iron available), I requested for that they they will provide but never given. I informed about all situations to there management but they did not do any thing. And next time they didn't attend my phone. I will never stay again here.
