it's a good choice

Rooms are not that big and there is no real balcony but a place is clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location excellent. Value to money is decent. It's not that nosy although the location is rather central. All in all this hotel has a special vibe but hospital smell would use an improvement.

An absolute gem in Bangkok with a breathtaking rooftop!

Our stay at Casa Vimaya Riverside Bangkok was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ultimate highlight of our trip was the incredible rooftop swimming pool, which offers a spectacular view over the iconic Bangkok skyline. Every morning started perfectly with a truly incredible breakfast that was both varied and delicious. What really made our stay special, though, was the team; their world-class professionalism and "aux petits soins" attitude made us feel incredibly welcome throughout. For anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and flawlessly managed escape in the heart of Bangkok, this is the absolute perfect choice!

A perfectly centred hotel near to all the night life, bars, restaurants.Breakfast buffet was good if you went early, but going later things had deteriorated or ran out.Extremely helpful staff.Clean.

Nice hotel, just failed to hit the mark for value for money

This place gets great reviews, we were slightly underwhelmed. Its a good hotel, no argument. Bed comfortable, pillows less so (others have commented). Balcony is tiny, you can stand on it not sit, but useful I guess if you were a smoker. Shower great, air-con a bit sluggish despite being on full. Pool was a bit dirty when we were there, on the first day there was lots of foam on the surface (not very appealing, though people were still swimming), it had mostly gone by the second day. Small rooftop bar, quite cramped to sit, but nice to sip cocktail as sun goes down. Breakfast was good, coffee was not good though! Staff on check in were very abrupt, spoke quickly, from a script I guess and just wanted us away from desk and into the room. Didnt really go back again until checkout. They do do free ice-cream at reception which we didnt' try. Not seen that before. It was also pretty pricey, so I guess at the price we paid, I did expect a bit more. But its still a good place.

Pleasant bedroom though quite smallBathroom goodNice pool on rooftop and very cleanWhat makes this hotel is the neighbourhoodOnly 10 minutes from the Khalsa or rambuttriBut pleasant more chilled restaurants over the khlongService pretty goodAnd a helpful front deskBreakfast ok but not top qualityBut they do respond positively to any requestsAll in all a good price v quality tradeAlso very positive about letting you hang around to use the facilities after checking g out if you have to get a late flight
