    Complaint Regarding Staff Conduct and Service Standards

    I am writing serious concern regarding the service standards and staff conduct at your property. I stayed at the hotel for two days and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations associated with your brand.lobby area, which is promoted as co-working space, was consistently loud and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, lobby staff were laughing, shouting, and socializing among themselves with no regard for guests who were trying to use the area to work or relax. it continued repeatedly over the course of my stay and severely affected the environment.Of even greater concern, when I approached two staff members for assistance one tall, slim, dark-skinned male and one short, fair skinned female wearing red lipstick.they were unable to communicate effectively in English or provide accurate information. Before my request, these same staff members had been loudly joking and shouting across the lobby. This level of behaviour reflects a failure in training, management oversight, and basic hospitality standards.     Seems nice please, room is clean and tidy, fantastic room a very large bed, it's King size! I can relax better after days of work and activity. I like the cute artwork placed in the bed and I was struck when I opened my room door. So refreshing. The place to be!     Great service mine and good co-operations teamI would like to recommend Centara to all of you who’re looking for the organized event seminar exhibition. Also great quality of coffee break and lunch all fresh and taste. Facilities all perfect for accommodations. However, only parking lots might be a bit difficult. Overall are great!!!
