Facility

281 rooms are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain all the hotel facilities, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.One of the highlights of my stay was the Cense Spa. The experience was exceptional, from the welcome flower tea to the relaxing treatment and thoughtful farewell service. The staff were attentive and made the entire visit memorable.I also spent time at WALK Rooftop Bar, which offered one of the best atmospheres I have experienced in Bangkok. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening.The in-room dining exceeded my expectations. The Fish & Chips was delicious, and the fruit platter was so fresh and enjoyable that I ordered it several times during my stay.The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city.     My 100% honest review for Centara watergate pavilion hotel! My family and I have been staying at the Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel since 2014, and after more than a decade of loyal visits, they never cease to amaze us. Every trip to Bangkok is made perfect because of the outstanding hospitality here.The warmth starts the exact moment you arrive. The entrance staff are consistently friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to **the team in the black polo shirts**—their dedication is truly impressive! Every single time we arrive, they immediately open the car door and diligently check the seats for any left-behind items. It is such a kind, thoughtful gesture. Up on the 9th floor, the reception team is fantastic, professional, and efficient, and their welcome drink is incredibly refreshing and thirst-quenching.The location is excellent and highly accessible. We always take the Airport Rail Link from BKK airport to the second-to-last stop (Ratchaprarop) the ticket cost 45 thai baht per person. From there, it is an easy, clean, and flat 10-minute walk to the hotel, with 7-Elevens and great local food spots along the way. It is also just a 5-minute walk to the famous chicken rice restaurant and 10 minutes to CentralWorld.The lobby, seating areas, and rooms are always immaculate. We especially love that the room floors are not carpeted, which keeps everything feeling fresh. The noise insulation is incredible. We have never heard any outside or hallway noise, which is so important for a great quality of sleep.The rooms are bright, comfortable, and smell wonderful. If you prefer a darker room, don't worry—their curtains cover the windows perfectly.Last but not least! Please try the massage at entrance level, most of therapists are skilled, experienced and attentive.
